  • 玉米淀粉15克
  • 淡奶油150毫升
  • 白砂糖80克

Steps to make 日式抹茶冰淇淋

  • 1.制冷桶入冰箱冷冻室冷冻12小时以上。
  • 2.将40克砂糖、抹茶粉混合均匀。
  • 3.40克砂糖与蛋黄混合搅拌呈淡黄色。
  • 4.淡奶油与牛奶倒入锅中混合均匀。
  • 5.小火不停搅拌煮至微沸,离火。
  • 6.冲入抹茶糖粉中搅匀,放置温热。
  • 7.抹茶奶液倒入蛋黄液中,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将奶糊液倒回锅中,微火边加热边不停划圈搅拌,以免粘锅。
  • 9.待奶糊变稠,可以划出线,关火。
  • 10.将放凉的奶糊倒入制冷桶中,启动开关,搅拌30分钟。
  • 11.搅拌好的冰淇淋浆入冰箱冷冻2小时定型即可。
