Steps to make 杨梅荔枝饮

  • 1.新鲜杨梅用盐水浸泡15分钟冲洗干净,荔枝剥壳去籽,杨梅干冲洗干净。
  • 2.杨梅、荔枝、杨梅干、适量冰糖一起放入锅中,加入没过食材两倍的水。大火煮开后小火慢熬至汤水与食材平面,关火前加入干桂花。
  • 3.这个浓度放凉后加冰刚刚好。如果是想放凉后直接冷藏再喝,可以不煮那么久,留的汤水多一点。边煮边尝味道啦。
