  • 1.面团部分材料除黄油外放入厨师机,小米粥要提前熬好晾凉。
  • 2.一挡拌匀,转四档搅拌。
  • 3.搅打至扩展状态。
  • 4.加入室温软化的黄油。
  • 5.继续一档拌匀,转五档搅拌至完全扩展状态,揉成团进行一次发酵。
  • 6.黄小米饭提前蒸好加炼乳搅拌均匀,晾凉备用。
  • 7.面团发酵至两倍大。
  • 8.平均分成6份,松弛15分钟。
  • 9.取一个面团拍扁,包入1/6黄小米馅。
  • 10.收口捏紧,收口朝下放入八角模具。
  • 11.二次发酵至两倍大,放一点芝麻做装饰。
  • 12.在模具上面再倒扣上一个沉一点的烤盘。
  • 13.上下火195度,烤25分钟左右。
