蜜豆鲜奶油磅蛋糕
方子其实有点随意,根据家里买的淡奶油的量来做的,如果家里买的淡奶油是200ml的,就照200ml的量来做,如果家里买的小盒装的淡奶油是250ml的,比例就照250ml的量来做。
方子中的蜜豆比较随意,如不喜欢蜜豆的也可以不放,如不放蜜豆的话,下面的方子也要做一下更改,方子中的糖改成50克,牛奶就不需要再加入了。

Steps to make 蜜豆鲜奶油磅蛋糕

  • 1.200ml淡奶油倒入盆中。
  • 2.在淡奶油中加入糖。
  • 3.将淡奶油打发至非常粘稠状。
  • 4.加入蛋,打散混合均匀。
  • 5.在低筋粉中加入泡打粉。
  • 6.筛入低筋粉,加入牛奶和香草精搅拌均匀。
  • 7.加入蜜豆拌匀。
  • 8.将做好的面糊装入模具,用刮刀抹平,在面糊中间划一道小口,挤入一条黄油。
  • 9.烤箱180°,上下火烘烤5分钟后,改成下火170°烘烤20分钟左右。
