熊猫饼干
做这款熊猫饼干,看似麻烦,其实做起来……也真是挺麻烦的,要特别细心,搓的条要摆正了,保证鼻子脸和耳朵不是歪的,而且中间不能有空隙,不然切开了就会有窟窿眼,不过已经做了好几次了,因为儿子喜欢么,有困难也就克服一下啦,熟练了就很容易做了,关键还是要细心、要耐心。。。

  • 抹茶粉2小勺
  • 可可粉2小勺

Steps to make 熊猫饼干

  • 1.原料备好。
  • 2.面粉和糖粉混合均匀。
  • 3.黄油切成小丁,放在面粉中。
  • 4.将面粉和黄油混合搓成碎屑,来达到酥化的口感(黄油不能提前软化和打发)。
  • 5.加入全蛋液混合成面团。
  • 6.醒15分钟。
  • 7.分成150克、80克、30克三个面团。
  • 8.三个面团分别加入2小勺抹茶粉、5克低筋面粉、2小勺可可粉。
  • 9.将可可面团分成5条,一条3克,两条6克,两条7.5克。
  • 10.取一块25克的原味面团,压平成面饼状。
  • 11.把3克可可面团放置在上面做成鼻子。
  • 12.取10克原味面,压平后覆盖在鼻子上。
  • 13.两条6克的可可面团放置在鼻子的两端做眼睛。
  • 14.剩余所有的原味面团裹在外围。
  • 15.两条7.5克的可可面团放在两边做耳朵。
  • 16.取12.5克的抹茶面团塞在两个耳朵之间压平。
  • 17.将剩余所有的抹茶面团裹在外围。
  • 18.把边缘地方抹平,整整形状,放入冰箱冷冻一小会儿再切会比较好切。
  • 19.是不是萌萌哒!~
  • 20.切成厚约6MM的小片。
  • 21.烤箱预热175度20~30分钟即可,如果是小烤箱的话可调低点温度延长些时间。
