第一次在家学做口水鸡,调味材料的大部分家里有,所以自己就随意调了汁!味道还不错!

  • 砂糖半勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 辣椒酱1勺
  • 红油1勺
  • 豆豉半勺
  • 花生酱1勺
  • 花椒粉少许
  • 1勺
  • 花生碎少许
  • 蒜蓉1勺
  • 香油半勺
  • 芝麻酱1勺
  • 红辣椒1个
  • 姜末1勺

Steps to make 口水鸡

  • 1.半个嫩草鸡处理干净洗净
  • 2.放入锅中加入姜片、葱结和料酒(材料里没写)煮沸后,再煮10分钟后关火焖20分钟
  • 3.取一盆加入冷开水和冰块
  • 4.把煮好的鸡放入冰水里
  • 5.把姜、蒜、葱、辣椒都切小备用
  • 6.开始调浇汁:取一碗里加入花生酱和芝麻酱
  • 7.加入生抽、醋、砂糖、红油、辣椒酱、豆豉、花椒粉、香油
  • 8.加入蒜蓉、姜末和一勺煮鸡的汤
  • 9.搅拌均匀成浇汁
  • 10.把鸡捞出吸干水分后切成小块
  • 11.把调好的浇汁淋在鸡肉上
  • 12.把葱花和红辣椒丁撒在上面
  • 13.加热少许色拉油后浇在葱花和辣椒丁上
  • 14.最后撒上花生碎即可
