红枣玉米发糕

Steps to make 红枣玉米发糕

  • 1.备好食材:玉米面、面粉、红枣、糖
  • 2.红枣洗净后去核切小粒
  • 3.将玉米面、面粉、酵母、糖和红枣粒(不要全部放入,留出一点)倒入大点的容器内
  • 4.倒入温水调拌成面糊(不要太稀)
  • 5.取一个耐高温容器,并在碗内抹少许植物油(以便脱模),再将调拌好的面糊倒入其中
  • 6.盖上盖子或保鲜膜,放置到温暖处进行发酵
  • 7.发至2倍大时,把剩余的红枣粒均匀摆放到面糊表面
  • 8.放入蒸锅,盖上锅盖,大火烧开转中火蒸25到30分钟,蒸好后焖5分钟再揭盖
  • 9.取出倒扣
  • 10.放凉后取出切块便可享用啦!
