三鲜烧海参(一)
香菇性寒、味微苦,有利肝益胃的功效。我国古代学者早已发现香菇类食品有提

高脑细胞功能的作用。如《神农本草》中就有服饵菌类可以“增智慧”、“益智开

心”的记载。现代医学认为,香菇的增智作用在于含有丰富的精氨酸和赖氨酸,

常吃,可健体益智。
海参含有18种氨基酸,牛磺酸、胶原蛋白、粘多糖、硫酸软骨素、皂苷、多肽

及多种维生素和微量元素等活性成份,是生命的保鲜剂。含有天然活性钙,可预

防心血管疾病,含硒,增强人体免疫力,含丰富胶原蛋白,是美容养颜佳品。

胡萝卜则具有益肝明目,利膈宽肠,健脾除疳,降糖降脂,增强免疫等功能。

海参香菇胡萝卜等同食,可健脑、益智、长寿,是一道适合众多家庭平日食用的

菜肴。

  • 新鲜香菇10朵左右

Steps to make 三鲜烧海参(一)

  • 1.冻得海参。
  • 2.各食材洗干净,特别是海参,肚子里面有沙子,一定要冲洗干净。如果用的是干香菇,需要事先泡发。
  • 3.青椒切小块,胡萝卜切片, 海参斜刀切块状,香菇背部划”十“字刀,蒜切末,待用。
  • 4.坐锅热油,油温8分熟时倒入一半蒜末爆香。
  • 5.倒入胡萝卜和青椒翻炒,大火爆炒,2分钟左右,转小火
  • 6.加入香菇。稍微翻炒几下。
  • 7.加入海参,翻炒均匀,大约3分钟左右,倒入半碗高汤或水,(偶用的是泡发香菇的水)水微微没过锅中的食材即可,不要太多,加少量盐(总量的一半左右,少量料酒,少许胡椒粉,剩余的蒜末,翻炒均匀,加锅盖焖煮5分钟左右。
  • 8.加耗油,翻炒,尝下味道,二次加盐调味,再大火收汁即可。
