  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.菠菜热水焯过放凉
  • 3.放搅拌机打成菠菜泥
  • 4.打好的菠菜泥
  • 5.蛋黄蛋白分离,蛋黄和橄榄油搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入菠菜泥搅拌均匀
  • 7.加入过筛后的低粉
  • 8.蛋白放干净盆里,分三次加糖,打至小尖角。
  • 9.取1/3打好的蛋白放菠菜蛋黄糊内搅拌均匀
  • 10.将剩下的蛋白全部与菠菜糊混合
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱,170度20分钟
  • 12.出炉后倒扣烤架冷却脱模
  • 13.切开后的内部,颜色非常绿,组织松软。
