桂圆红豆糯米圆子羹

Steps to make 桂圆红豆糯米圆子羹

  • 1.准备好食材,桂圆肉可以选带核,但是成品颜色相对比较暗。
  • 2.把红豆放入米厨破壁机内,注入高度到800ML的清水,盖上盖子。
  • 3.启动米糊功能,大约17分钟即可完成。
  • 4.糯米粉先加入15ML的热水,揉成团,要是略干可以往里逐渐加入清水,切记不要一下加过量。
  • 5.搓成小团子备用,底下爱要垫保鲜袋防粘。
  • 6.取打好的红豆沙3大勺放入奶锅内,加入适量的清水和桂圆肉,煮沸焖8分钟。
  • 7.倒入糯米团子煮至浮起即可加冰糖调味食用。
