Steps to make 冰糖蒸梨

  • 1.鸭梨从顶端切开当盖备用,用勺掏去梨核;
  • 2.将冰糖和干百合放入处理好的梨内,加入适量水;
  • 3.锅内加水放上蒸屉,将处理好的梨放在蒸屉上,扣好梨盖;盖好锅盖,启动【荷香鸡】功能(也可以手动调节或其它锅蒸制);
  • 4.待烹饪结束后,将梨取出,放入冰箱内晾凉即可食用。
