Steps to make 牛奶西瓜布丁

  • 1.吉利丁片用水泡软。
  • 2.牛奶倒入锅中,加入白糖,微微煮开。
  • 3.放入10g吉利丁片,搅拌至融化,放凉。
  • 4.倒入1/3于杯子中。
  • 5. 盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。
  • 6.西瓜榨成汁,滤掉肉渣。
  • 7.放入剩下的10g吉利丁片。
  • 8.隔热水搅拌至融化。
  • 9.放凉后倒入凝固好的牛奶杯里。
  • 10.再次放入冰箱,冷藏至凝固。
  • 11.最后将剩下的牛奶再倒入杯中,再冷藏至凝固。
  • 12.凝固好之后再表面摆上一些西瓜肉丁做装饰即可。
