【苏菜】----大煮干丝

  • 1.笨鸡腿清洗干净。
  • 2.放入锅中,加清水,葱段,姜片。
  • 3.大火烧开,撇去浮沫。
  • 4.盖盖,小火煮3个小时。
  • 5.豆皮切成细丝。
  • 6.入沸水中焯一下。
  • 7.盛出再放入凉水中泡一下。
  • 8.起锅加入1500ml煮好的鸡汤,放入豆丝。
  • 9.盖盖小火煮50分钟,出锅前加盐和鸡精调味,出锅即可。
