自制蒸肉米粉
最近蒸菜做得多,索性干脆就做点蒸肉米粉来用,这样很方便,自己做的材料也很健康。

  • 干辣椒少许

Steps to make 自制蒸肉米粉

  • 1.大米和糯米,香料放入炒锅。
  • 2.开小火慢炒。
  • 3.一定保持小火炒到米粒变黄,香料出味儿。
  • 4.我们家因为能吃辣,所以加了点干辣椒节,你也可以不加就是五香原味。
  • 5.加入干辣椒后翻炒一分钟,关火,凉透。
  • 6.凉透后用料理机或者破壁机,干磨成粗粒粉即可。
  • 7.自制蒸肉米粉就做好啦。
