蔓越莓优格面包
第一次做面包就以失败告终,手工揉了一个小时还是揉不出膜,烤出来也是硬邦邦的。自此之后就不碰面包了。偶然发现还有一种不需发酵的快速面包,做法简单也不用揉,试了发现口感不错,这款面包口感介于蛋糕和面包之间,加上酸奶(优格)和蔓越莓,味道up、up、up!主要是我妈很喜欢……

  • 泡打粉6g
  • 细砂糖20g
  • 2g
  • 无盐黄油30g
  • 原味优格(酸奶)80g
  • 牛奶60ml

Steps to make 蔓越莓优格面包

  • 1.准备好所需的材料,泡打粉和低筋面粉混合过筛,无盐黄油提前取出室温软化,蔓越莓干用料理机打碎(终于买到了料理机,手工刀切碎做起来真的很崩溃……)。
  • 2.低筋面粉和细砂糖、盐以橡皮刮刀混合,把软化的无盐黄油切碎,加入混合面粉中,用手捏均匀。
  • 3.加入酸奶和牛奶,用橡皮刮刀混合均匀后(面团状),再加入蔓越莓。注意!面团只需要混合均匀即可,不要过度揉!
  • 4.面团分成六等份,模具垫上油纸,面团放入模具中,没有模具也不要紧。揉成椭圆鸡蛋形就行了。最后就是用锋利的小刀在面团表面划两下,面团表面撒上适量面粉作为装饰。
  • 5.烤箱180℃预热10分钟,上下层180℃25分钟,最后几分钟上火烤至面包表皮上色为止。
