枸杞小米粥

Steps to make 枸杞小米粥

  • 1.准备一份小米,根据人数确定用量。1大勺小米能煮出来3碗小米粥。
  • 2.小米反复淘洗干净,汤锅加入适量的水,要多加一点,中途不能加水,水烧开后下入淘洗干净的小米,用勺子搅拌均匀大火烧开,转小火。
  • 3.小火煮上20分钟左右,如果你有时间可以盖上锅盖注意观察,否则不用盖锅盖,因为小米特别容易瀑锅,一不留神就瀑锅,所以我从来都不盖锅盖,小火慢慢的煮,开水下锅小火煮,小米不糊底不粘锅,越煮越黏稠。
  • 4.煮至合适的黏稠度,就是自己喜欢的黏稠度就可以关火了,关火之前加入洗干净的枸杞子,再煮一分钟即可关火。
  • 5.出锅。
