香辣小龙虾

  • 3.龙虾尾巴有左中右三瓣,中间那个长在最上面的瓣,用食指和拇指捏着最根部掐断一扭,扯出来的就是泥肠子了。

  • 6.锅里面放油,比炒菜多一倍。烧热,放入控干的小龙虾。炒均匀。
  • 7.放入所有配料,炒到小龙虾变红。
  • 8.盛出来备用。
  • 9.锅里剩下的油,放入郫县豆瓣小火炒到豆瓣和油融合,加两茶匙白糖,一茶匙五香粉,炒均匀。
  • 10.倒入小龙虾,翻炒均匀。
  • 11.兑一瓶啤酒或者一碗米酒,不够加水,不要淹没龙虾,刚齐平为好。加一茶匙盐。
  • 12.大火煮到汤汁下去一半。关火,泡一会,汤汁稍微凉一点就可以吃了。
