草莓酱吐司

  • 蛋液55克
  • 牛奶190克
  • 黄油35克

Steps to make 草莓酱吐司

  • 1.鸡蛋、牛奶、盐、白糖入桶中
  • 2.倒入面包粉,酵母
  • 3.选择“和面”程序13分钟
  • 4.面团光滑后,倒入软化的黄油,继续启动“和面”程序
  • 5.将面团揉至能扯出大片薄膜即可
  • 6.面团收圆,取出搅拌棒,入面包桶中,选择“发酵”程序,进行基础发酵
  • 7.将面团发至原面团2.5倍时,取出
  • 8.将面团三等份,分别揉圆,松弛10分钟
  • 9.取其中一个面团,擀成椭圆形
  • 10.根据自己的口味均匀地涂抹上草莓酱,注意在收口处留空白
  • 11.卷成长卷,放一旁松弛,将另外两个面团依次完成
  • 12.三根面卷顶端捏紧,呈放射状摆放
  • 13.松松地编成三股辫
  • 14.两端向后折,放入面包桶中,进行二次发酵
  • 15.当面团发至桶的7分满时
  • 16.选择烘焙程序,自定义750克,中色,45分钟
  • 17.时间到,草莓酱吐司喷喷香出“桶”啦
  • 18.虽然顶端有些爆炸头,但丝毫掩盖不了“她”秀美的外貌
  • 19.晾凉后切开,草莓酱花纹也很漂亮
