  • 1.取50克黄油软化以后
  • 2.加入20糖粉搅拌均匀
  • 3.分次加入30克淡奶油(或25克鸡蛋液)
  • 4.搅打均匀后,加入100克低筋粉搅拌均匀并和成团,低筋粉需事先过筛。
  • 5.可可色面团:90克低筋粉和10克可可粉混合过筛
  • 6.60克黄油软化以后,加入20克糖粉搅拌均匀,分次加入30克淡奶油(或25克鸡蛋液)
  • 7.搅打均匀后,加入过筛的粉类
  • 8.搅拌均匀,并和成面团
  • 9.可可色的面团,用面棍擀成约0.3cm的面皮,用模具压好松鼠身体
  • 10.换一个模具把松鼠的头部切掉
  • 11.另把原色面团擀成约0.3cm的面皮,并用模具取好头部形状
  • 12.放到松鼠身体上去
  • 13.在拼好的饼干上,放一颗杏仁,为了让杏仁不脱落,需要刷点蛋液
  • 14.下火130度,上火160度,中层,烤约15分钟
  • 15.把巧克力融化以后,描上鼻子
  • 16.描上腮红就ok啦
