东菱麦旋风之抹茶蔓越莓双包面包

Steps to make 东菱麦旋风之抹茶蔓越莓双包面包

  • 1. 面团中除黄油以外的材料依次放入面包桶中,盐和糖对角放,面粉上戳个洞放入酵母,启动面包机一个和面程序10分钟
  • 2. 加入黄油后再启动一个和面程序10分钟
  • 3.取出面团平均分成两份,其中一份加入抹茶粉揉均
  • 4. 面团用油纸隔开,选择发酵程序时间设定40分钟,放进面包机进行基础发酵
  • 5. 基础发酵结束后面团发至两倍大,用手指沾粉戳洞不回缩,取出面团
  • 6.白色面团排气后擀成薄片,铺上蔓越莓卷起;绿色面团排气后擀薄片卷起
  • 7.卷起的面团扭在一起
  • 8.放入面包桶,选择发酵程序,设定时间1小时,启动面包机
  • 9.发酵至8分满,选择烘烤程序,时间设定40分钟,启动面包机
  • 10.烘烤结束后,取出晾凉切片
