  • 1.白菜泡洗干净。
  • 2.豆腐切块。
  • 3.腊肉肥瘦分开切片。

  • 5.锅中放葱姜蒜花椒油,放肥腊肉出肉,然后放入熟腊肉煸炒八成熟。
  • 6.放入白菜炒断生。
  • 7.放入砂锅中,加蚝油,生抽,料酒,白糖及适量水烧开。
  • 8.中火炖10分钟。
  • 9.最后大火收汁,撒红辣椒圈及葱末即可。
