  • 1.银耳半个,选用无硫磺熏过的自然黄色的银耳。
  • 2.加入清水泡发
  • 3.泡的银耳洗净去除根部黄色部分,把银耳掰成小朵
  • 4.紫薯削皮洗净
  • 5.切丁
  • 6.紫薯丁和银耳加入适量的水烧开
  • 7.用汤勺一勺一勺舀到热水瓶里,全部舀完
  • 8.加入适量的冰糖
  • 9.盖上暖水瓶塞,放过夜。
  • 10.成品享用
