玉米馒头
前几天忘了在哪里看到这个玉米馒头,于是就试着做做看,其实不难就是玉米段有点大,就当是练练手下次再做心中有数。

  • 酵母3g

Steps to make 玉米馒头

  • 1.盆中倒入150克的面粉。
  • 2.牛奶加温热后放入酵母和白砂糖搅拌化开,缓缓倒入面粉中搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团盖上保鲜膜进行发酵。
  • 4.再取150克的面粉加入南瓜和酵母。
  • 5.揉成光滑面团盖上保鲜膜进行发酵。
  • 6.面团发酵好后取出排气整成圆柱长条。
  • 7.均匀的切成小段。
  • 8.稍稍整圆盖上保鲜膜。
  • 9.南瓜面团发酵好后排气擀成约一公分左右的厚片,均匀的切成一公分左右的条状。
  • 10.每一条均匀的搓圆再拼在一起,如图压出小方格(注意不要用力过猛切断)。
  • 11.取一片如馒头长短的南瓜面片反面抹少许水粘合在馒头外层。
  • 12.整形合实避免开裂。
  • 13.两头稍稍整平。
  • 14.依次全部做好后可用牙签在白心处随意扎些小孔。
  • 15.水烧开上锅蒸20分钟,焖2~3分钟即可。
