  • 5.取一只干净的碗,倒入200克淡奶油,15克糖粉
  • 6.打发成奶油,盖上保鲜膜待用
  • 7.取一只无水无油的平底锅,将面糊小火煎成班戟皮
  • 8.如图所示,放上香蕉和奶油
  • 9.然后包起来
