酸萝卜鸭汤
冬天多吃萝卜和鸭子。不是有几句老话嘛,“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜”、“吃凉萝卜喝热茶,气得大夫满街爬”,这说明萝卜的食疗效果很强大。萝卜有理气通气、平喘去咳的作用。而鸭子肉质偏凉,一年四季都适合。而且鸭肉有增强食欲、利水消肿、滋阴补虚的效果。这大冬天的喝上两三碗,出点小汗,连伤风感冒都好了!
酸萝卜老鸭汤是我全家都喜欢的,但是身在闹市买不到多年生的水里鸭,只能在超市里买到洋鸭子。酸萝卜是前阵子去桂皮旅游里从菜市场里买来的,酸爽诱人,我放了一大根煲汤,喝起来太过瘾了!一起来看这道酸萝卜鸭汤是如何新鲜出锅的吧!

Steps to make 酸萝卜鸭汤

  • 1.酸萝卜冲洗干净,鸭子半只去掉毛根,清洗干净。
  • 2.鸭子剁成小块,凉水入锅煮开两分钟,捞出,这样可去掉多余的血水和杂质,煮出的汤清澈利索。
  • 3.酸萝卜切粗条,根据酸度和喜欢的口味来决定用量。
  • 4.大葱切段,姜切厚片;其它调料不放,以免影响酸汤的口感。
  • 5.锅中中倒适量水,把葱姜入水,大火烧开,将鸭块倒入其中,大火再次烧开后转小火,保持微沸状即可。
  • 6.待鸭肉煮到半熟时,将萝卜条入锅中同煮,煮得越久,汤越鲜香,酸得也恰到好处。
  • 7.待煮到自己满意的口感时,撒适量盐和香葱末,出锅。
