咖啡花生小饼干
本来想做的是咖啡核桃小饼干,结果回家一看核桃没有了,花生倒是一大堆,索性就用花生吧~这款咖啡花生饼干,咖啡的味道没有那么浓重,反而是花生在咀嚼的过程中,味道慢慢的四溢开来,相当不错哟~

  • 花生10g
  • 低筋面粉80g
  • 速溶咖啡粉10g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 花生油5g
  • 牛奶5ml
  • 白砂糖8g

Steps to make 咖啡花生小饼干

  • 1.花生洗净,放在烤盘中。
  • 2.160度,10分钟左右,将花生烤香。
  • 3.花生去皮,稍微切碎即可,这样吃的时候更有口感。
  • 4.拿一个碗,倒入少许的花生油。
  • 5.放入白砂糖。
  • 6.放入牛奶和速溶咖啡粉。
  • 7.打入鸡蛋。
  • 8.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 9.放入花生碎。
  • 10.以按压的方式将其和成面团,不要过度的用劲儿,时间也不要太长,没有干粉就可以了。
  • 11.将面团揉成长条状。将面团揉成长条状。
  • 12.放入冰箱中冷冻2~3小时定性。
  • 13.冻好的面团取出,裹一层砂糖。(我裹得不均匀。。。)
  • 14.切成0.3cm厚的饼干片。
  • 15.将饼干摆放在烤盘上。
  • 16.预热烤箱,上下火150度,15分钟。
  • 17.再拿出来烤盘,调转一下方向,继续150度上下火烤10分钟,一次保证上色均匀。
  • 18.烤好以后可以再焖几分钟。
  • 19.拿出来饼干~
  • 20.完全放凉。
  • 21.开吃吧~
  • 22.O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
  • 23.咬一口,都看见花生仁了~
