超级爱吃各种奶酪蛋糕或者甜品的
曾经试过欢翻译的小屿老师的奶酪布丁方子
试过很多次了也是超级值得推荐的
做了款红茶奶酪布丁
红茶的清香使这款布丁的口感更佳浓郁芬芳
做完之后一定要冷藏后口感最佳哦

红茶的话我用的是锡兰红茶茶包
宿舍常备着做奶茶喝的
当然了可以根据自家的情况选择啦,阿萨姆,伯爵都可以的
如果用茶叶的话记得要把茶叶过滤掉的
喜欢奶酪喜欢茶香的话推荐尝试这款

  • 奶油奶酪70克
  • 淡奶油80克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 红茶包2包
  • 白砂糖20克
  • 1克

  • 工艺烘焙
  • 口味甜味
  • 时间三小时

Steps to make 红茶奶酪布丁

  • 1.奶酪室温软化,加入白砂糖和盐搅打均匀
  • 2. 牛奶和淡奶油混合,小火加热至微沸
  • 3. 加入红茶包,焖15分钟取出茶包
  • 4. 4奶酪糊中加入蛋黄
  • 5.搅打顺滑
  • 6.将红茶牛奶液加入到5中的奶酪糊中
  • 7. 搅拌均匀并过筛
  • 8.过滤好的布丁液装入布丁瓶中
  • 9.水浴法,预热160度的烤箱,烤30-35分钟即可
