胡萝卜面包卷
我喜欢用胡萝卜汁揉面,烤出的面包色泽金黄,令人食欲大增!这款面包卷很柔软,出后不久就变得皱皱的了,虽然它长满了皱纹,缺乏卖相,但是十分柔软、香甜哦!玩烘焙,味道好就行啦,卖相不占第一,哈哈哈~~

  • 酵母粉3克
  • 胡萝卜汁104克
  • 无盐黄油22克
  • 白砂糖30克
  • 全蛋液54克
  • 脱皮白芝麻少许

Steps to make 胡萝卜面包卷

  • 1.胡萝卜洗净切块,榨汁。
  • 2.胡萝卜汁、全蛋液放入面包桶内。
  • 3.放入面包粉,一角放盐,对角放糖,中间放酵母粉。
  • 4.按装好面包桶,启动imix程序揉面20分钟,加入软化的黄油。
  • 5.再次启动imix程序,继续揉15分钟。可以拉出很坚韧的薄膜。
  • 6.收圆面团,放入大碗内,盖保鲜膜发酵。
  • 7.室温发酵至2--2.5倍大。
  • 8.取出按压排气,分割为8等份,分别滚圆。盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 9.取一份面团,搓成水滴状,按扁,擀开,可以一手把住底端,一手慢慢擀开。
  • 10.翻面、卷起来。
  • 11.底部粘紧。
  • 12.摆入烤盘内。
  • 13.放入烤箱,烤盘下面放一盘热水,发酵至原来的1.5倍大。预热烤箱,表面刷蛋水液,撒白芝麻。
  • 14.放入烤箱中下层,上火180度,下火185度,烘烤15--18分钟。上色满意后盖锡纸。
  • 15.面包出炉。
