野菜鸡汤火锅
冬天涮火锅是挺容易上火的,我觉得用野菜做上一个火锅底就有下火作用,野菜材料我用的是鱼腥草,葛菜以及狮子头草,都是些清热解毒的材料,野菜清甜,也不会影响其他火锅食材的味道。

    Steps to make 野菜鸡汤火锅

    • 1.备野菜材料
    • 2.用6碗左右的清水煮沸,下浓汤宝
    • 3.待浓汤宝煮至完全溶化
    • 4.把野菜材料放鸡汤内煮15分钟左右,即可作为火锅汤底,配搭上个人喜欢的肉类、鱼类等等材料就可涮火锅了
