香葱饼干
第一次烤饼干,在烤的第一次的时候上色感觉不重,又加了两分钟,结果颜色重了。不过这一点儿也不影响口感,超级酥脆,拿给舍友吃,都说棒!

  • 橄榄油50g
  • 香葱10g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 酵母3g
  • 玉米淀粉50g

Steps to make 香葱饼干

  • 1.中筋面粉放入碗中,加入少许的白砂糖和酵母,20g的橄榄油。
  • 2.加入清水后和成面团,放到温暖的地方醒发1小时左右。
  • 3.香葱尽量切的细碎一点儿。
  • 4.拿一个碗,放入剩下的30g的橄榄油,葱碎和玉米淀粉。
  • 5.搅拌成香葱油酥。
  • 6.将醒发好的面团稍微用手按成圆形,包入香葱油酥。
  • 7.将包好的面团,擀大擀薄。
  • 8.像叠被子一样,折两折以后,再对折,擀薄。重复两次。这样做出来的饼干分层多,而且特别酥。
  • 9.面片擀成方形。
  • 10.切成大小均匀的条,并且用叉子叉上一些细密的小孔。
  • 11.饼干放到烤盘中。
  • 12.用小喷壶在表面上喷点儿清水。
  • 13.烤箱提前预热,饼干放入烤箱,中层,上下火,170度,15分钟就可以了。
  • 14.烤好的饼干自然放凉。
  • 15.咬一口,酥酥脆脆的~
