薄荷酸奶土豆泥吐司
做东西剩下了点土豆泥,昨晚把它加在土司里,阳台上的薄荷长得也好快,所以摘了点叶子也放在土司里了!烤过后的土司,有股薄荷的清香,我喜欢!

  • 新鲜薄荷叶5克

Steps to make 薄荷酸奶土豆泥吐司

  • 1.把2个鸡蛋打散先倒入面包桶里,留下一点最后刷面用
  • 2.再加入自制的原味酸奶
  • 3.加入橄榄油,如果加黄油粒,那就等成团后再加
  • 4.2个角落分别加入盐和砂糖
  • 5.加入奶粉
  • 6.加入土豆泥
  • 7.最后加入高粉,中间挖个窝放入酵母,其实我的面包机可以自动撒酵母的,把面包桶装入机器里,选择程序即可,我选了和风面包程序,750克,浅色
  • 8.阳台上种的薄荷摘了一些,洗净吸干水分切碎备用
  • 9.等面团和成型后,按暂停加入薄荷叶,继续下面的程序
  • 10.等到完成发酵后,刷上蛋液开始烘烤
  • 11.程序结束后,戴上手套取出面包桶,轻轻晃动倒出吐司
  • 12.彻底冷却后切片即可
