花雕盐焗虾

Steps to make 花雕盐焗虾

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.把草虾剪去须和足,去掉虾肠和虾肺洗净。
  • 3.姜葱切片。
  • 4.把切好的姜葱放入虾里,再倒入适量的绍兴花雕酒抓匀,腌制半小时。
  • 5.然后拣去葱姜不要,用厨房纸巾吸干虾身的酒水。
  • 6.把海盐下入铁锅炒热。
  • 7.改用微火翻炒,使盐受热均匀。
  • 8.盐炒热后倒入大虾翻炒均匀。
  • 9.盐均匀的裹在虾身上。
  • 10.此时虾逐渐开始变红,虾身也开始干燥。
  • 11.盐从虾身散落,虾身无盐后便可取出码盘。
