Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.葱姜提前泡水,只用葱姜水
  • 2.海白虾洗净,在头部斜刀剪掉虾枪,用牙签儿把沙包挑出来。剪掉虾须和腿。开背挑出下线。
  • 3.取虾仁做其他菜是留了一些虾头。锅里放油,小火用虾头炸成虾油。这个量不在食谱用量里。
  • 4.炒好的虾油很红亮,取适量放入锅里炒香姜丝
  • 5.姜丝炒香后放入处理好的虾。
  • 6.虾炒变色就加盐,糖胡椒粉调味。烹入黄酒去腥提现。
  • 7.倒入约50克的葱姜水。盖盖儿焖两到三分钟。
  • 8.焖好后大火快速收汁,并淋入几滴香油即可出锅。
