圣诞树干蛋糕

  • 巧克力100克
  • 淡奶油120克
  • 黄油10克
  • 蛋白4只
  • 高乐高20g
  • 40g
  • 蛋黄3只
  • 糖粉20克
  • 细砂糖90g
  • 色拉油35g
  • 1/8小匙(一点点)

Steps to make 圣诞树干蛋糕

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.色拉油加入水搅拌均匀,再加入30g糖搅拌成米汤状。
  • 3.筛入粉类,搅拌至无干粉状。
  • 4.鸡蛋分离。
  • 5.蛋黄加入面糊中,搅拌均匀成蛋黄糊。
  • 6.蛋清加入适量的柠檬汁。
  • 7.60g糖,分3次加入蛋清里,打至九分发。
  • 8.取打好的蛋清的三分之一倒入蛋黄中切拌均匀。
  • 9.剩下的蛋清,蛋清分2次加入蛋黄糊中,切拌均匀。
  • 10.拌好的蛋糕糊倒入烤盘里,抹平,震去气泡。
  • 11.放入 烤箱180度 20分钟。出炉后撕去油纸晾凉。
  • 12.100克淡奶油 20克糖粉隔冰水打发
  • 13.把晾凉的蛋糕抹上打发好的淡奶油。
  • 14.用烘焙纸轻轻的卷起。放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 15.巧克力 淡奶油 黄油混合。
  • 16.隔热水融化成巧克力酱。
  • 17.取出定型好的蛋糕卷,去掉两头。
  • 18.把融化的巧克力酱均匀的撒在蛋糕卷上。用叉子划出树干的纹路即可。
