  • 1.准备好所有食材。
  • 2.西兰花去蒂、切小房,洗净。
  • 3.土豆洗净、去皮、切小块,泡清水里。
  • 4.青口贝刷洗干净,把肉摘下来。
  • 5.青豌豆粒
  • 6.小番茄去蒂、洗净后,对半切开。
  • 7.半锅水烧开后,放入土豆和西兰花。
  • 8.西兰花变色变软后,先捞出冷却。
  • 9.土豆继续煮软。
  • 10.中途放入青豆粒。
  • 11.青豆粒和土豆都变软后,捞出冷却。
  • 12.青口贝放到热水里焯一下。
  • 13.盘中放入土豆、西兰花,撒入甜玉米粒。
  • 14.再放入青豆粒和小番茄。
  • 15.铺上油浸金枪鱼罐头肉。
  • 16.最后放上青口贝。
  • 17.食用前浇上青梅口味的沙拉汁即可。
