  • 1.干蕨菜用温水浸泡2-3个小时至软。
  • 2.然后入开水中煮上30分钟。
  • 3.葱切段,蒜切末。
  • 4.和煮好的蕨菜沥干水分切段放入碗中。
  • 5.加入盐。
  • 6.加入韩式辣酱。
  • 7.再加入韩式糖稀拌均匀。
  • 8.锅中加入色拉油烧热,加入辣椒粉炸香。
  • 9.然后把炸好的辣椒油浇在碗中。
  • 10.在加入香油,熟芝麻。
  • 11.全部拌均匀即可食用。
