法式红酒炖牛肉
用家里剩下的的牛肉,去打造属于自己的法式美味,想想就很浪漫呢~很多人认为外国的口味不适合国人,但是这款菜,连对于西餐一向很抗拒的爸妈都很爱吃。
这道菜香气浓郁,牛肉酥烂,若有若无的有着红酒香气,法式的浪漫在口齿间氤氲开来,非常适合宴客和情侣间的温馨浪漫呢,配上红酒与蜡烛,瞬间整桌饭高大上起来。

  • 牛肉1块
  • 胡萝卜2根
  • 洋葱2个
  • 红酒500ml
  • 肉汤500ml
  • 胡椒粉1茶匙
  • 番茄酱30g
  • 黄油30g
  • 面粉30g
  • 月桂叶1片
  • 百里香1茶匙
  • 4瓣

Steps to make 法式红酒炖牛肉

  • 1.胡萝卜2根去皮切块
  • 2.洋葱2个去皮切片
  • 3.牛肉切块,牛肉最好选用肩胛肉,这种肉比较适合炖菜
  • 4.用厨房纸把肉块上的水分全部吸干,这步骤很重要,不然后面煎牛肉的时候会飞溅
  • 5.锅里加入一勺橄榄油,撒上盐防止飞溅的同时可以让肉更入味,把牛肉煎成各个面都呈棕色即可(不要把肉煎熟,刚着色就可以翻面)
  • 6.把煎好的牛肉放入锅中加入洋葱、胡萝卜
  • 7.放入百里叶、月桂叶、蒜瓣、番茄酱
  • 8.倒入红酒和肉汤,撒入适量盐和胡椒粉
  • 9.大火煮开
  • 10.放入电焐煲,煲3小时左右
  • 11.把菜捞出,锅里只留汤水
  • 12.碗中加入面粉黄油用冷水化开,导入锅中,把汤汁熬成喜欢的浓稠度
  • 13.汤汁浇在牛肉上,撒上欧芹碎,即可
