香葱肉松戚风蛋糕
吃多了甜味的戚风蛋糕,想换换口味,于是就用家中现有材料做了这款咸味戚风~家人也觉得很不错~~

  • 低筋面粉60g
  • 细砂糖40g
  • 2g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 牛奶60g
  • 香葱绿8g
  • 肉松20g

Steps to make 香葱肉松戚风蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所有材料,烤箱上下火180度预热
  • 2.蛋黄蛋清分离,蛋黄打散,加入牛奶,搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入玉米油,搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,用蛋抽搅拌均匀(不要画圈,避免出筋)
  • 5.加入盐、肉松、葱绿,混拌均匀
  • 6.打发蛋白,起鱼眼泡时加入1/3细砂糖,继续打发
  • 7.打至全部变白,蛋白变稍细腻,加入剩下的细砂糖的一半,继续打发
  • 8.打发至蛋白有纹路,加入剩下的细砂糖继续打发
  • 9.打发至硬性发泡就可以了
  • 10.取1/3蛋白加入蛋黄糊中混拌均匀
  • 11.倒入剩下的蛋白中,继续翻拌均匀
  • 12.将翻版均匀的面糊倒入模具中,轻震几下,震出大气泡
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱中,以上下火170度烘烤35分钟左右
  • 14.烤好后,取出轻摔两下,倒扣放凉
  • 15.脱模
  • 16.哒啦~~成品
  • 17.当做早餐也是挺好的~
