感恩节烤鸡
每年十一月的第四个星期四是感恩节,在这一天烤火鸡是最具有代表性的食物,对于好多家庭来说食材和工具可能受限,所以今天我们做一款非常简单的烤火鸡,来感激这一年所要感恩的人和事。
感恩节我脑子一直构思着一只烤鸡,因为受很多限制,所以要烤熟一只鸡不是件容易的事,还有辰辰最爱看不一样的卡梅拉,如果她知道我们要把卡梅拉烤了她的内心会是多么的难过?所以我想我要用创意来做一只烤鸡,既有节日气氛不让辰辰伤心又不至于太麻烦,于是就有了这一只不用烤箱,还加了5毛钱特效的烤鸡,成功了骗过了老公和孩子的眼睛,我真不知道卡梅拉会怎么想?

  • 鸡翅根6根
  • 生菜50克
  • 青桔1个
  • 苹果80克
  • 番茄1个
  • 豉油鸡汁50毫升

Steps to make 感恩节烤鸡

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.土豆切成片状。
  • 3.炒锅里放入鸡翅根,加入豉油鸡汁和可以没过鸡翅根的水。
  • 4.炒锅上面放上蒸屉,切好的土豆片放里面盖上盖子开火。
  • 5.土豆先蒸好后取出过筛成泥。鸡翅根一直煮到汤汁比较少并且十分浓稠的时候要注意不停翻以免糊底,汤汁收到剩个锅底的时候关火。
  • 6.取出一些汤汁倒入土豆泥中搅拌均匀。
  • 7.煮好的鸡翅根剩下两个备用,其余的全部把肉切掉去骨。
  • 8.生菜铺在盘底一层,中间摆上鸡肉。
  • 9.拌好的土豆泥覆盖在鸡肉上用勺子抹出鸡的身体形状。
  • 10.两边粘上两个鸡翅根当鸡腿,用刷子粘上煮鸡肉的汁刷在土豆泥上。
  • 11.将青桔切片,番茄和苹果切块。
  • 12.围在烤鸡的周围即可。
