玛德琳做起来真的是方便快捷,恨不得各种口味都尝试一遍,没什么难度技巧,按照步骤来就算是新手也百分百成功的。

  • 黄油70G
  • 细砂糖60G
  • 香蕉泥70G
  • 蜂蜜30G
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 泡打粉2G

Steps to make 香蕉玛德琳

  • 1.材料提前准备好,香蕉压成泥(有搅拌机的话打一下更细腻),低筋面粉和泡打粉入筛,柠檬皮用擦丝器擦成丝备用,黄油溶化备用
  • 2.鸡蛋放入打蛋盆打散,加入细砂糖,充分拌匀至糖溶化
  • 3.加入柠檬屑,加入蜂蜜拌匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,继续拌匀
  • 5.加入溶化的黄油,搅打至混合
  • 6.加入香蕉泥,拌匀,然后盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏半小时
  • 7.放黄油的碗底有一点点黄油,用刷子刷到模具上,为了脱模不粘。个人经验,其实不刷的话也是可以的,但是刷一下更保险
  • 8.冷藏好的蛋糕糊装入裱花袋,用手或是用杯子都可以
  • 9.裱花袋剪个口子,挤入模具中,9分满
  • 10.入烤箱中层,上下火180度烤10分钟取出晾凉脱模
