玫瑰豆沙中种土司
好想吃玫瑰豆沙馅做的食物,最近比较忙,又不想太费事,于是就选择了面包。因为面包大多由机器操作,对我来讲是比较省事的。就是炒了点豆沙稍微费点劲。这款土司用到的芝士是黄油。

  • 牛奶300g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油40g
  • 10g
  • 酵母粉6g
  • 3g
  • 豆沙200g
  • 玫瑰酱40g

Steps to make 玫瑰豆沙中种土司

  • 1.用黄油炒好红豆馅,因为要加玫瑰酱,所以不用加糖。豆沙馅稍微晾凉后加入玫瑰酱。不要太热加进去,以免热气把玫瑰的香味蒸发,
  • 2.拌均匀备用。加了玫瑰酱豆沙有点成团了。不是太好铺开。就这样啦,不能再炒干了,否则玫瑰香味就损失了。
  • 3.牛奶中加350和面粉、盐和3克酵母粉,
  • 4.用筷子搅拌至顺滑就行了
  • 5.放入容器中,用保鲜袋装起来,冰箱冷藏发酵,制成中种。我发了一天,发到2倍大小。
  • 6.把中种面团撕成块放入面包桶里,再把剩余的面粉加入,再放2克的酵母粉,加鸡蛋,
  • 7.一个和面程序后加软化的黄油,
  • 8.继续一个和面程序,把面揉至扩展阶段,待能拉出薄膜,
  • 9.揉好的 面团
  • 10.。盖上保鲜膜发酵至2倍大小。
  • 11.发好的面团排气松弛后擀成长片,把玫瑰豆沙馅铺上
  • 12.卷起来
  • 13.顺长从中间切开
  • 14.扭转到一起
  • 15.放入面包桶中。
  • 16.继续发酵至2倍大小
  • 17.开启烘烤功能,烤45分钟。我弄得面团太多了,一下子烤出来,都冒出面包桶了。
  • 18.烤好的面包,切片后里面好多的玫瑰豆沙,香甜的很哦
