西多士
西多士是港式茶餐厅的常见小食之一,因为做法简单,外层焦香的吐司和软嫩的火腿加上细滑的芝士,再搭配上一杯香滑的奶茶或咖啡,一道不错的早餐。

Steps to make 西多士

  • 1.将鸡蛋打匀到入一个碗口大的盘中。
  • 2.将吐司的四周边切去。(我是自已烤的吐司,也可买现成的,也可不去边)
  • 3.拿出一片吐司,放上火腿。(我是从冰箱拿出来的,所以稍煎了会。)
  • 4.再放上芝士片,再放另一片吐司在上面就行。
  • 5.四边稍做整合,放入盘中沾蛋液。
  • 6.平底锅热,放少许油(也可放黄油),小火煎至一面金黄色。
  • 7.再翻面煎另一面成金黄色。
  • 8.稍凉后切成三角形即可。
