  • 2.菠萝去皮清洗干净,称重后切成小碎丁,越细碎越好。

  • 6.烤盘铺上油纸将菠萝酥坯子均匀的摆入烤盘,取两个鸡蛋黄打入碗中,搅散后刷在菠萝派表面,在表面均匀的撒一层黑芝麻。
  • 7.烤箱预热200度,中层,上下火烤15分钟。
