Steps to make 巧克力梅花派

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油室温软化加入糖粉拌匀
  • 3.黄油打发至颜色变浅状态蓬松,加入蛋液和香草精打匀
  • 4.加入过筛的粉类拌匀成团,包上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏1小时
  • 5.揉成面团
  • 6.用花型的饼干模具刻出派皮的造型
  • 7.将派皮放入蛋糕连摸中,用手指肚在中间轻轻按压,让派皮落在模具的正中间,形成一个碗的形状
  • 8.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,烘烤15分钟
  • 9.这是奶油材料
  • 10.奶油加糖打发至8成
  • 11.装入裱花带中然后挤入放凉的花型派皮里,撒上装饰糖即可完成
