日式红豆饼

Steps to make 日式红豆饼

  • 1.主料中除黄油外全部放入面包机,启动第一次和面程序。
  • 2.第一次和面程序结束后放入黄油,启动第二次和面程序。
  • 3.第二次和面程序结束后将面团发酵至两倍大。
  • 4.发酵好的面团取出排气,平均分成8份,松弛15分钟。
  • 5.红豆沙分成20克一份。
  • 6.取一份松弛好的面团,用手摁扁。
  • 7.放上红豆沙馅儿。
  • 8.像包包子一样包好。
  • 9.收口向下,用手稍稍摁扁,做好全部。
  • 10.烤箱中放一碗热水,启动烤箱发酵模式,放入做好的生胚,发酵30分钟。
  • 11.二发好的生胚从烤箱取出,表面喷适量水,撒上少许黑芝麻。
  • 12.铺上一层油纸。
  • 13.在放上一个烤盘轻轻压在生胚上。
  • 14.烤箱预热160度,中层烤20分钟。
  • 15.烤好的红豆饼放在烤网上晾凉后密封保存,常温可以放3天。
  • 16.松软可口,馅料足。
