  • 1.先把所需要的材料准备好
  • 2.牛奶加油,拌匀
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉,拌匀

  • 6.蛋黄糊与蛋白混合,拌匀,注意手法
  • 7.蔓越莓用低筋面粉抓一下,再筛去多余的面粉,倒入蛋糕糊中
  • 8.装入中空模,轻震几下,去除大气泡
  • 9.烤箱150度,预热,上下火,下层,烤45分钟,温度与时间要根据自己的烤箱来调节,
