空气炸锅版炸薯条
孩子爱吃的薯条不用买,教你最简单做法,不油炸比买的更好吃,一个大土豆孩子能吃饱,而且完全可以放心吃,外焦里糯,口感一点都不差,自己做货真价实,物美价廉,吃得健康,顶饱还不胖人。

Steps to make 空气炸锅版炸薯条

  • 1.土豆去皮洗净。
  • 2.洗干净的土豆切条,宽度和厚度大约在1厘米左右,不要太细,否则口感不好。
  • 3.切好的土豆条入冷水中浸泡10分钟左右,泡出表面的淀粉,然后再清洗两遍。
  • 4.捞出控净水分,或者用厨房纸吸干水分。空气炸锅烤蓝铺上锡纸,也可以用烤盘,不用锡纸,不过还是用锡纸比较好清洗。铺好锡纸,码入薯条。
  • 5.送入空气炸烤箱,启动电源,选择空气炸功能,190度炸20分钟。
  • 6.大约七八分钟的时候取出来,薯条表面上薄薄地刷层油,我用的是核桃油,没有什么油都可以。再次送入炸烤箱继续剩余的时间,注意观察,完全上色即可出炉。
  • 7.装盘。简单、省油、健康,口感好,蘸番茄沙司吃无可挑剔。
