Steps to make 虾球荷兰豆

  • 1.荷兰豆和胡萝卜水开下锅焯水,水中加点食用油能保证荷兰豆的脆绿,捞出投凉备用。
  • 2.大虾剥皮去头,抽出虾线。
  • 3.开背。
  • 4.用少许精盐,一品鲜,胡椒粉腌制五分钟。
  • 5.下入开水锅中焯水,变色打卷捞出。
  • 6.调豌汁:精盐,一品鲜,蚝油,白糖,淀粉加适量清水搅拌均匀。
  • 7.锅中加葱和蒜片爆香。
  • 8.下入虾仁煸炒。
  • 9.下入荷兰豆胡萝卜煸炒。
  • 10.随既淋入调料汁炒拌均匀既可出锅。
  • 11.脆嫩鲜香!
