  • 2.小砂锅里添加开水煮开放入荞麦面煮两分钟。
  • 3.放入胡萝卜。
  • 4.调点酱油,油。
  • 5.均匀的铺上腌制好的瘦肉。
  • 6.盖上盖子中小火焖三分钟左右。
  • 7.打开盖子瘦肉熟透了面也熟了。
  • 8.放入芹菜段,翻拌一下继续煮一分钟。
  • 9.一小砂的焖面就完成了。
  • 10.成品图。
