  • 冰糖10克
  • 腐乳1个

Steps to make 五香牛腩

  • 1.牛腩清洗干净后,整条放入冷水里,大火煮沸后再煮2分钟,看到有很多血沫子冒出来后,要及时翻面,将牛腩里面的血水排尽,这一步一定要做到位,不然牛腩的口感不好,还很腥。
  • 2.煮好的牛腩捞出来用热水冲洗干净表面的沫子,然后切成半个麻将大小的方块,放入温水里浸泡10分钟,让里面参与的血水再一次清洗干净。
  • 3.处理好的牛腩块放入新思特妈咪锅里,把所有的调味料都放入妈咪锅,加入没过牛腩的热水,大火煮沸后转小火,焖煮40分钟。
  • 4.时间到了之后,牛腩就煮好了,香气十足,也很入味了,吃起来口感是鲜嫩的,汁水不要收干,留着浇面超级香!
  • 5.烧开一锅清水,放入碱水面,煮到能用筷子夹断,捞出来放进碗里面,加入2勺的面汤,再加入2勺牛腩汁。
